• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging will not be eligible for return.
• Customized or personalized jewellery pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or refund (as applicable).
• Exchange requests must be raised within the return window.

💰 Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
